Josh and I went fishing again, today, at our local pond. It is only ten minutes from our house. Josh started the day fishing for catfish while I bottom-fished for trout. I had only put my line in the water long enough for it to settle at the bottom of the lake when my line began to pull out straight. A light jerk and I hooked the first fish of the day. As I brought it in to shore, it was like a dead weight! The fish was large!. During the course of the day, Josh and I caught six fish and all but one of them was over 1 pound and 12 inches or longer. In fact, Josh caught the largest fish and it weighed in at 2 1/4 lbs and was 17 inches long. My largest fish of the day was 16 1/2 inches long and was 2 1/8 lbs. What a fun day of fishing! Yes, we plan to go back tomorrow!
November is here and that fall feeling is noticeable. It is so wonderful seeing the fall colors and watching the leaves fall from their branches. It never fails to fascinate me that the landscape can change so dramatically throughout the year. We are blessed to have definite seasons, here in Utah. When fall arrives, I get excited because I know that the snow is not far from coming...and I love the snow!
Well, I hope that you had a good day, today. Perhaps tomorrow I will have more time to share with you. Until then God bless you! Thanks for looking in on my blog.
Judy
